WTC 2020 wordt op 11, 12 en 13 september 2020 gehouden in Sangate Hotel Airport, Warschau (
http://www.sangate-hotel.pl/en/). Het ligt op 5 minuten van Luchthaven Warschau Frédéric Chopin.

around 250-280 per player, which will depend from hotel room. (values aren’t final
and may change)

- Friday dinner (Buffet)
- Saturday breakfast (Buffet)

All meals will be served as buffet and each meal will have signed allergens to it. We will also
try to include in buffet some meaningful options for vegetarians and vegans.
Additional nights and meals:
We will ensure possibility of buying extra night on Sunday and dinner on Sunday. We
want also to organize additional for booking
Transportation:
- Hotel is placed around 5 minutes by taxi (and around 20 minutes by foot) from
Airport – Warsaw Chopin (WAW), which is main airport in Polish capital
- Hotel is placed around 60 minutes by taxi (and around 90 minutes by public
transportation) from Airport – Warsaw Modlin (WMI)
Internet:
- Hotel will have WIFI and separate cable connection for streaming
Plus ones:
- We have a lot of space for additional people so you can easily take your live
partners 😉
- If demand will be high, then we will organize special trip around Warsaw on
Saturday and Sunday with professional tour guide

320 players
Solo Master:
64 players (alternate players will have priority)
Tournaments schedule:
- WTC will start at 9:45 on Saturday and will end around 19:00 (games will end around
16:30 and Closing Ceremony will start around 18:30) – during event some delays will
happen, but we will do everything we can to avoid them)
- Solo Masters will start at 10:00 on Saturday and will end around 19:00 (games will end
around 18:00 and Closing Ceremony will start around 18:30) – during event some delays
will happen, but we will do everything we can to avoid them)
Terrains and mats:
- For WTC we will use sets, which were organized by Belgium Community (Sets will be
bought from them)
- Solo Masters will have separate terrains and gaming mats
